Our web site is linked directly to UPS. All shipping charges are determined by product weight, shipping method and the final destination. If for some reason the cost differs from the original invoice a corrected invoice will be sent to your attention. Fridrichs.com may choose to use the United States Postal Service for deliveries for some orders.

If any item does not meet your expectations you can return it within 30 days of your order date. You must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) in order for us to exchange the product. Returns and credits cannot be processed without prior authorization. Returned items must be in original condition. Used merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from the Fridrichs.com distribution center. Defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, per the manufacturers' requirements and will be shipped to you at no extra cost if an RMA number is obtained from the returns department at Fridrichs.com. Exchanges for returned items are shipped only when the merchandise arrives back to the Fridrichs.com distribution center. Items must be returned in original packaging, in new unused condition and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. As per our terms and conditions, once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the contents; therefore, we do not accept partial returns of any type. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please include the RMA number and a copy of the invoice along with the returned items for faster service.
